Some of the local readers already know I’m studying in college right now, and my major is Chemical Engineering… But to all of you that don’t know… well, now you know… so… there…

Oh well… I already had this Handbook on PDF files, and I managed to reverse engineer their names so that they could be fully compatible…

But I’m still am curious about what the other CD might have…

Hmm… since I’m too lazy to post an Image or something… and my pc is low on resources right now… I’ll have to bother all of you by telling you about my loooong day at ’school’.

Well, today was a BIG day. Today was the day in which we had to put to a test all the things we had thought for a reaction mechanism in our Workshop of Organic Synthesis.

We (by we I mean the team for this subject: Olga, David and Eliud… and I) were given the task of preparing ethyl cinnamate. We had obviously done our investigation pretty well… and we had found out that the ethyl trans-cinnamate is part of the sex pheromone of the male oriental fruit moth and the oriental fruit fly.

In this subject, we must end up not only being able to prepare our active ingredient (ethyl trans-cinnamate). But we have to end up with a product (bottle, merchandising & stuff). The fun part begins here… we have decided to name our product Cinna-Love.

This is gonna be a lot of fun. The active ingredient actually smells pretty nice, but us men can’t know for sure if it actually makes women predisposed into being “friendlier”.

The bad thing is that I had to leave because I wanted to catch the school bus, so I think David got hold of the Cinna-Love and stayed with the chicks… that bastard…

Nah, just kidding. Eliud and Olga stayed to check the refraction index of our hard earned ethyl trans-cinnamate.

Well, after that, I arrived at home at about 5:40 p.m. and have been lazy all afternoon… But I’ll certainly go to sleep in a while and wake up early so the
procrastinator in me can do the homework. That bastard…
