I found this game, while surfing around Direct Connect’s download section. It says you need the Visual Basic runtimes, so if you don’t have them, you can get them from here (file downloaded from here).
The only instructions you need to know: move the small square among the only 4 positions available and press space whenever you want the four numbers to rotate clock-wise.
