Post Mid-Sunday Ramblings

2005/03/13 by Rolando Garza

Well, this weekend I’ve been studying hard for the last batch of exams I have to take. I just remembered that I’ve also got a shitload of work to do in this multi-directional timeline I sometimes take. ever-frustrating uni-directional timeline. ahead of me this I don’t know what happened to me on Friday, but Ijust missed every social event Ihad planned.

I guess I was either too lazy or too tired…

I’ve been having some template issues recently. The tooltips don’t seem to obey my spans…
the bastards. I want to disable access to the ‘new post’ or ‘edit post’ buttons. I don’t want people to distract themselves when they’re clicking the ‘Email this Post’ Button.

I think I may have to create a ‘blogthis’ button.

Anyhow, I’ve got ‘the munchies’, and my family just phoned in and they’re returning from Villa de Garca, which seems to be right in the middle of nowhere, but it isn’t that far from my home. (Which Maporama managed to screw up by not providing accurate mapping of San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Len, Mxico).

Gee, I forgot to publish this and… guess what? The munchies… they’re gone.

Heh, just thought of a cool name for a Fast-Food restaurant. “Munchies-B-Gone”.

Well, it’s best if I go back to study. So I guess I’ll leave some links for posterity so that passers-by get to read something more interesting than The-Weird-Dude-a-Bitchin’.

  1. Well, I am just so thrilled because I have had such problems seeing anything on your site, as I was always given an error message and nothing would open, as tends to be the case when things do not open as they should. Then I just thought about trying a different browser and it seems to have worked which is just what I wanted, and now I know not to use the old one.

Well, I do you do well on your exams and figure out your blogger issues, because you are so high tech with all of your interesting ways to structure your blog. I am heading off to sleep, but I shall have to catch up on your blog tomorrow when the sun will hopefully be shining and my eyes will be wide with alertness! love, orch

Thank you very much for your time and comment, Orchid. =)

And indeed, I hope I do well in my exams… ugh… Chemical Engineering can be a heavy challenge sometimes.

I’m sorry for having so many mistakes. :S I’m in the process of ‘tidying up’ this place, so there will be a couple of more changes to come.

Your template is looking pretty slick to me. I like the little pop up window on the expand/collapse buttons.
