Monterrey Blogger Meetup

Although few of the Monterrey Bloggers actually turned up. The ones who said they would, did.
The meeting took place at ‘Café Paraíso’, at ‘El Barrio Antiguo’.
Oso and I finally got to share a couple of beers, and I was glad to meet Dr. Alán Flores along with his wife, Erika.
We all had a great time together and we discussed a lot of topics, including bringing back mtyblogs.com
Ok, today at 7 p.m. will take place April’s meetup. I hope most of the fellow bloggers can at least come over, say hi and probably grab a beer. It’s in Caf� Para�so, which is in the corner of Morelos and Mina street, in Barrio Antiguo.
It’s about not being able to do one thing… without getting distracted and starting over another thing.
I just discovered that I had left an e-mail I was writing to Oso, because I had gotten distracted suddenly visiting Seyd and I decided to leave a reply at one of his posts. That reply involved searching for ‘“cheeseburgers without cheese”… I ended up reading this article, and this other article.
After reading at the second article about a guy’s sister that had been told to look for ‘dehydrated water’, I remembered I had to set a privacy level for a pic I had at Flickr of my sister flipping the finger at the camera.
I also checked out some recent pics by my Flickr contacts and friends. Also, had to leave a comment.
Then, I surfed Newgrounds, and remembered to finish the darned e-mail… then I decided to post this before finishing the e-mail.
I’m having one of those “rolandog has a short attention span” days. Hmm, coincidentally, I started watching TV after a year or so again, that explains it all.
Well, I’m glad I got that through. Now I can finally say…

Wow, I have no idea since when has this been on the net, but I can certainly say that it’s really cool. Check out My Ta-da Lists.
I found it while reading about AJAX. It’s probably the new direction I’ll point this blog in the near future. (During summer vacations, perhaps).

Secrets within a Leaf

*Sigh*… The other day, my little sister, Gaby, came to my room.
And, as I was readying to say something to encourage her leaving my room (for I was studying for an exam), she gave me this leaf that she found in her pocket.
I love my little sister. She helps me keep in touch with what matters most in life.
I’ve got little time to post this, so I’ll make this one a short one. I noticed that somehow my sitescore had lowered from a 9.3 to 7.4. Somehow the sitescore engine managed to pick up the links to other blogs and thinks they’re my links. WTF?
Ok, so I noticed a few interesting hits in my stats, so I’ll paste the links thrice to make a good impression to the sitescore engine. =)
